DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE POLICY
 
        Damage / Shortage Policy
- Please check the package condition upon receiving the package.
- If the box seems to be opened or tampered with, do not accept the package.
- If you accept a damaged or a tampered package, please record an unboxing video.
- Take a clear, uncut video while opening the package. This is a mandatory requirement from the courier to process any damage or shortage claims.
-       Report issues within 12 Business Hours after receiving the shipment with below details to       hemanshu@brandstik.com,       escalations@foxboxretail.com      - Subject: Order #(Your Order Number) – Issue with Tracking Number
 
- Responses to such issues will be given within 24-48 Business Hours.
-       All shipments will be pasted with Damage / Shortage Policy Label as shown in image below:
