DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE POLICY

Damage / Shortage Policy

  1. Please check the package condition upon receiving the package.
  2. If the box seems to be opened or tampered with, do not accept the package.
  3. If you accept a damaged or a tampered package, please record an unboxing video.
  4. Take a clear, uncut video while opening the package. This is a mandatory requirement from the courier to process any damage or shortage claims.
  5. Report issues within 12 Business Hours after receiving the shipment with below details to hemanshu@brandstik.com, escalations@foxboxretail.com
    • Subject: Order #(Your Order Number) – Issue with Tracking Number
  6. Responses to such issues will be given within 24-48 Business Hours.
  7. All shipments will be pasted with Damage / Shortage Policy Label as shown in image below:
