All reverse pick up by FOXBOX would be only done for manufacturing defects not in case the user wishes to change his products. subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 07 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging the item to us including taxes and shipping cost.
- All Replacements & Refund case is considered within 7 days after date of delivery.
- FOXBOX reserves the final right of refusal or acceptable for refund or exchange.
- If there is a manufacturing defect which is confirmed post a discussion with our customer service team, FOXBOX would arrange a reverse pick up and ship the new product to the customers. In the case of apparels, if sizes are wrong then post a discussion with our customer service team, FOXBOX would arrange a reverse pick up and ship the new product to the customers.

Received something faulty?
If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry) we will happily willing to refund the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a 3 working days with proof of purchase.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed or before FOXBOX confirms and starts processing the order. Since these are customized products once processed orders cannot be cancelled. Refund will be done through online mode in 7 working days. Return can be made within 48 hours of the order received. For return & refund of the product contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration once done on the website it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery.
For Products, Orders would be dispatched within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping time typically would be 3-4 days for Metros and 5-7 days for Non-Metros.
Please ensure proper address, pin codes along mobile number are provided for seamless deliveries.
For vouchers, codes would be sent within 5 business days on mobile/email address.
