All reverse pick up by FOXBOX would be only done for manufacturing defects not in case the user wishes to change his products. subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 07 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
- In case of any defects please contact the brand directly for warranty claims, we will not be liable for any refunds in case where its a branded product and brand warranties are applicable.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging the item to us including taxes and shipping costs.
- All Replacements & Refund case is considered within 7 days after the date of delivery.
- FOXBOX reserves the final right of refusal or acceptable for refund or exchange.
- If there is a manufacturing defect which is confirmed post a discussion with our customer service team, FOXBOX would arrange a reverse pick up and ship the new product to the customers.
- Kindly note if apparels have to be exchanged if customers require a change in size despite receiving the size ordered, FOXBOX would provide an exchange and charge for courier charges both ways ( to send new size and return the said apparel). The courier charges would be Rs. 200 for each replacement.

Received something faulty?
If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry) we will happily willing to refund the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a 7 working days time with proof of purchase. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you accept.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns: Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Requests for the same shall only be accepted with 48 hours of receiving the order.
If the item is received damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged items. Post verifying we will send the replacement.
In Apparel if size issues are there, it cannot be changed or replaced once the order is dispatched / delivered.
Item to be replaced will be shipped within the standard 7-12 working days post confirmation on receiving the faulty product. Kindly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund: Refund will be processed back to the source account within 7 working days. Refund will only be processed once return item has been collected and verified by our delivery agent or the item has been delivered back to us. Kindly contact us on email@example.com.
